All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept payment through our secure checkout system. Fire + Fern Apothecary reserves the right to update pricing, correct typographical errors, or cancel orders if incorrect pricing information was displayed.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ulencandlecompany.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

For subscription boxes or custom orders, you authorize recurring billing or prepayment as applicable. Subscription renewals may be canceled anytime before the next billing date through your account or by emailing us.
